I edited ever so slightly his royal outfit to match with the bust of Tahn I did recently.
[EDIT] I got rid of his armor; it looked kinda fugly. Besisdes, he doesn't need one at the moment.

His seal is on his back and spans across shoulders.

Finally, I darkened his hair a bit and his eyebrows have now calmed the fuck down.
